We have our own national network of specialist service engineers who are highly trained and give an efficient and friendly service. To ensure customers receive a rapid response, engineers are in constant contact with the service centre via hand held devices. All calls are computer logged and in the majority of cases we can diagnose the problem from the initial call and repair the equipment on site during the first visit.
